5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellations

 

• Customers have 24 hours to cancel any order.

• If cancellation is requested after items have been processed but before shipping, you will be reimbursed the item price, but not the shipping fees.

• If cancellation is requested after items have been shipped, you must contact Client Services at info@24hrpawns.com to process a refund as detailed below.

 

B. Refunds & Returns

 

• Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the original shipping date. Items are not eligible for a refund after this period.

• Condition of Items: Items must be in the original condition in which they were received, including original packaging and protective wrappings.

  • Requests for damaged or missing items will either be refused or processed with a 10% restock fee, contingent upon the extent of the damage.

• Refund Method: Refunds will only be made in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• In-Store Returns: Items can be returned at any of our store locations within 15 days of the original shipping date. You must provide the original purchase receipt(s).

• Returns by Mail (Online Purchases Only):

  1. Email Client Services at info@24hrpawns.com with the subject "RETURN REQUEST."

  2. The email must clearly state the Order Number, Item Name & Description, and the Reason for the request.

  3. Allow 24 hours for a reply with further instructions.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

 

• "AS IS" Basis: The information, software, products, and services on the Site are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We and our suppliers explicitly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• Arbitration: In the event the parties are unable to resolve any dispute, it shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association or a similar service. The arbitration award shall be final, and the prevailing party is entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees.

• Class Action Waiver: Any arbitration will take place on an individual basis. Class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. You agree that you may bring claims against Us only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any representative proceeding.

 

9. Governing Law and General Provisions

 

• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site and related services at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 24HR Pawn Shop & REPAIRS CORP regarding the Site.
